The nursing staff at Dalla’a General Hospital play an essential and active role in the development, management and effective delivery of quality patient care and services to complex patients in a variety of adult and pediatric specialties both being inpatients and outpatients alike.

We believe that all patients have the right to receive effective nursing care. The nursing service participates in a multidisciplinary team approach to patient care. The Nursing Administration alongside with the Quality Systems Department commitment to provide quality patient care is highlighted through its participation in a continuous quality improvement initiative which requires regular auditing of practice and feedback from patients.

The Nursing Administration endorses a decentralized approach in empowering and facilitating authority and responsibility for decision-making at the patient care level. This care is a personal service that is based on patient’s needs and their clinical disease or condition.
